Gluten-Free Lentil Crepes

If you are looking for a healthy, tasty alternative for a gluten-free eating plan, here is a practical lentil crepe recipe you can make using just lentils and water:

Ingredients:

  • 1 small tea glass (about 100 ml) lentils
  • 1 cup (about 200 ml) room-temperature water

Method:

  1. Wash the lentils thoroughly and drain. Then blend 1 small tea glass of lentils and 1 cup of room-temperature water in a food processor. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a sieve. The strained mixture will be the base of your crepe batter.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  4. Pour a ladle of the lentil mixture into the pan. Spread the batter to form a thin layer.
  5. When the underside is golden, flip it with a spatula and cook the other side.
  6. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  7. Serve the cooked crepes warm.

This practical and nourishing lentil crepe recipe offers a healthy alternative with just two main ingredients. It is gluten-free, provides plant protein and is extremely easy to prepare. I recommend trying it for a healthy and tasty meal. Enjoy!
