Possible Benefits of Jenner's Diet and Exercise Plan

The Kendall Jenner diet and exercise routine have several possible benefits. These include:

It Is Easy to Follow and Encourages Healthy Food Choices

The Kendall Jenner diet is flexible and easy to follow.

  • Unlike other diet plans it sets no strict rules, and it lets you enjoy a variety of foods so that you do not feel deprived.
  • It encourages choosing many nourishing foods, including wholegrains, lean meat and vegetables.

It Prioritises Drinking Enough Water

Jenner's diet includes plenty of water and herbal tea.

  • Research suggests that drinking enough water, especially if you start drinking water instead of sugary drinks such as fizzy drinks or juice, may help you feel fuller and eat a little less as part of a balanced lifestyle.
  • Drinking enough water can also help prevent the effects of dehydration, such as headaches, dry skin, muscle cramps and tiredness.
  • Getting enough fluid can support digestive health and help prevent problems such as constipation.

It Highlights the Importance of Regular Exercise

Regular exercise is another important part of Jenner's routine. Studies have linked regular physical activity with a long list of health benefits.

  • Exercising regularly may help ease symptoms of depression, support heart health, help protect you against chronic disease and help you live a longer, healthier life.
  • A small study in inactive adults concluded that bodyweight exercises significantly improved cardiorespiratory fitness, meaning the heart and lungs supply oxygen to the muscles very well during exercise.
  • In addition, some research suggests that exercising in the morning may be more effective than exercising at other times of day for improving body composition, supporting blood sugar control and reducing appetite.
